I think the Burn ' experiment ' has to end now. I like Dan Burn but he was torn a new one so many times tonight.

Too simplistic to blame one player but playing Burn at LB in a flat back four didn't work. I sincerely hope we revert back to a three and Lamptey is fit for Weds. We look at much better balanced side when we do. I'd also like to see Alzate back in CM with Biss.

Had 3-0 on the predictor thread, expected us to be comfortably beaten and fluff the odd decent chance.

Predictable but still disappointing.

If we get nothing from the next 2 games you'll find me in the Potter out threads. ... Actually, less than 4 Points might be enough to push me over the edge.

I feel a lot of people are pinning their hopes on the next two games and will be very disappointed by this time next week.

This isn’t just losing to Leicester. It’s 6 wins in 36, it’s 1 home win in 2020, it’s being one of the most wasteful teams in the league while also being one of the easiest to score against.

My prediction for the next week, for what it’s worth, is that Fulham will be an open game. They’re a bit like us, but they’ve tightened up defensively in recent week. They’ll also be bang up for it. I’d say it’s 50/50 as to whether we will lose or draw. We won’t win. We don’t do wins. Then we will lose against Sheffield United, I’m certain of it. They are exactly the sort of team we will fail to break down. But instead of taking the 0-0, their situation means they’ll have to go for the win at some point. Put me down for 0-1 now.

Crikey if that scenario plays out Potter will be a swear word on NSC.

I think you'r right. Unless I'm mistaken we did knuckle down and get a few results toward the end of last season . .. . We need to do that now, it already looks like the rot is creeping in . . . .

Because I’m realistic.

We have been in a relegation battle every season we’ve been in this league, and I think we will be again.

We’re where should be.

It's just so depressing season after season. I don't want to start another argument. At least we drew the second half!

A point at Fulham and a win over Sheffield United is surely a must now? Less than four points and we'll be in the drop zone this time next week.
