Not seen such Bravery!
Is there no release clause for Ulloa?
Who knows ? They are not that common.

Considering how important he is to us and that 3 years left on his no chance will he go for £5m. £7m would be the minimum
One good thing is Muzza has earned £20k a week for a season which will help towards his private pension stash. Can see him going for £1.5M but taking a 50% pay cut at a Championship club where he'll be more or less guaranteed a place in the starting line up. Bolton ?
Foxes have started the negotiations with a £5million bid for the Paraguayan hitman.

The Leicester Mercury reports they have offered more than £3m and we now want £10m...
There has been keen interest in Brighton striker Leonardo Ulloa, with City tabling a substantial bid for the Argentinean, understood to be more than the £3million previously reported.
However, City's offer was rejected by the Seagulls, who are asking nearer to the £10m mark for the 27-year-old striker, who scored twice in their 4-1 victory at the King Power Stadium in April.

Good. 10 million is much more realistic.
at the end of the day its what we do (buy) with the dosh that will make any deal a good one

Yes, and this time have our targets 99% ready to sign, rather than being singularly brilliant at sales and banking the cash.
Do we??

Evidence:
Bridcutt cash banked - tick
Barnes cash banked - tick
Massive payroll costs saved on comparing April 2013 to May 2014 squads - tick
Grabban didn't sign - tick
Only Stephens signed -tick
= Football ops have a large capital sums net cash inflow, and there's been a mega reduction in payroll costs (no Vicente, Orlandi, Lopez, Upson, Bridge, Bridcutt, Kuszchak, El Abd, Hoskins, Hammond etc).
Now for the rebuilding, hopefully.
Could we set up a deal to buy Glenn back for a much smaller amount if we sold Ulloa? Just a thought!
