We've had the full stand in the past (4 or 5 yeas ago), but recently we've been reduced and dumped into the corner by the **** Bates, like all other visiting teams fans. Bear in mind the last time Derby will have played them in the league it would have been the Championship, possibly before Bates started on his vendeta against away fans. Also, you might well find that Derby demanded the full amount of tickets, knowing they would sell them all.

Good point, well made.

I understand all this but Swindon fans need to complain to their own board not Ken Bates. If they want more than 1500 tickets and ask for them they will get them. Bates may like to think he is above the law but he is not. It is simply the rules of the football league.

Sadly, Mr Bates does not take notice of the rules though does he? He simply rides roughshod over them, and the FA roll over and take it hard up there. I seem to remember, a couple of weeks ago the FA, quite legitimately, asked for Leeds to confirm the names of the owners of the club, and LUFC refused. The FA, hah, FA is just about perfect for them, Fuck All. Swindon directors, like any, would be intimidated by the antics of that festering pit of inequity that is the faceless boardroom of LUFC.

it is the fl and leeds told the fl who owns them and the fl deemed them fit and proper to own the club.

it is quite within the fl rules for leeds, or brighton, or carlisle, or anyone, to keep their owners anonymous.

it is whether those rules are right that should be questioned, i believe something similar to the pl 10% ruling should be applied and i think mawhinney would have gotten there eventually but he was too slow and as the new guy said it's priorities and this isn't top of his list.

We had 2 Leeds fans over last night to watch the game in HD. Both agreed that the performance was dreadful and the players weren't up for it and unless they sort themselves out in the remaining games they could even slip out of the play off spots.

Brighton factually.....
Although it would be very very feckin funny if they did,and we all love car crash football, but i dont want them down in this division next year..........

Im looking forward to us,scummers and the palarse scrapping for the title next year, and us walking out at Falmer as division one champions after beating palarse to the title on goal differance, after we beat southamton on the last day of the season 4-0........

We can dream sweet dreams again now gus is charge and falmer so close eh, makes a differance to dreaming of killing Archer !

Oh if we're doing last day dreams:

Albion to play Charlton. A draw would see both teams automatically promoted, a win for either would see Southampton promoted if they beat Crystal Palace. Palace need just a point to secure a play off place.

Albion score nice and early and sit back for the rest of the game as the "champions" chant rings round Withdean. Southampton then score with ten minutes to go, meaning Charlton drop into the play off places and Palace out of the play off places into seventh.

Then to complete a fairy tale day, Brezovan deliberately throws the ball into his own net to secure Charlton a draw in the last minute, thereby pleasingly sending the scummers into the play-offs at Charlton's expense.

No, I'll never forgive the scummers (or Tottingham) for 1978.

i still think leeds will scrape promotion automatically and Millwall or Swindon will win the play offs as they are the form teams.

Next season we'll be contesting the play offs/ automatic together with Scunthorpe, Posh, the other relegated Championship side (Palace maybe??) Huddersfield, Millwall OR Swindon, MK Dons and Charlton

Not sure why anyone is worried about Leeds still being in league 1 next year...?

They are no different to any other top 6 team.

The huge difference next season, is that the ONE player who has been THE main player for them, won't be there.
