When I went to Ajax the whole ground worked this system - there were no 'gatemen' anywhere. You stuck the barcoded part of the ticket into a slot ouside the gate, and it released the lock to let you in. Didn't know anybody was using it in this country, though.

Got mine yesterday - looking forward to this one.

The Sydney Cricket Ground has these as well. In fact, you can just wave your ticket in front of the sensor and it will open the turnstile
