So what your saying hkfc is, the 112 people who have voted 'yes' on this poll, shouldn't have voted because they don't know how much his wages would be?

I think it's better to interpret 'good addition' as meaning 'good enough for us' without taking into account wages. Keeps it simple, eh? If we had to take into account wages no-one would have voted on the poll!

Whatever you like, my friend.

Was Sulley Muntari a 'good addition' to the Portmouth squad?

Actually, ignore my last concilliatory post, you sanctimonious old BEAR, you...

My POINT is absolutely NOT 'supplemental' is it? You asked, "Would he be a good addition".

Given that his signature and the associated costs, might weaken other parts of the squad, then along with opinion on his actual TALENT, the wages asked are actually the central point.

Again. You're wrong.

Carry on.

You are taking pedantry to newly-plumbed depths. The mistake I made was not putting in 'Provided the club budget - made up by the various accountants, chairman and manager after due consideration of all requirements - allows for his services, and that it doesn't affect other considerations of what is needed within the squad...' into the question.

"Is Lee Hendrie a decent player?" isn't the same question. Robbie Savage is a decent player, but wasn't good addition to the squad.
