Been to a few Italian ground in my time, makes me wonder if they have any regulations there. The Siena one below - look familiar? Thats now a Serie A ground. Underneath is the Venice ground, who I saw play Atlanta, and was in that tall stand behind the goal. Looks rickety, but remember to add the wind blowing in off the Adriatic!

I've been outside Siena's ground, but not inside as the season was over when I visited. It looked like a tiny stadium from the outside. Any idea what the capacity is?

For me it has to be the County Ground at Northampton before they moved to their stickle brick built stadium. Crap open away end and a cricket pitch down one side. Took bloody ages to get the ball back when Crumplin shanked it continuosly.

If we are moving to current grounds then Port Vale is up their amongst the Gods. Hotch potch of a ground and it doesn't seemed to have left the industrial revolution behind outside. Plus you get squared up for being alive when you leave the ground.

Leigh RMI - derelict.

For reasons I won't bore you with I found myself at their local derby with Southport a few years ago.

I think they share it with the Rugby League team and it amazes me that they are allowed to play in the Premiership there.

Aldershot,Rochdale,Gay Meadow should be on the list. But Gillingham for me amongst league clubs.

Sadly, the Goldstone wasn't so crash hot as it was left to disintegrate by those who shall not be named.
