Dangerous Idiot
Wow a possible PL winners medal.
Gamble? Belgian international and 1in 4/5 for a teeny weeny #teamlikebrighton. He’s only 28 not 30+. If we get ‘our valuation’ then good for all partiesAt £25m (ish) it's a gamble. But probably one worth taking for a team in Arsenal's position. Suspecting it will happen and good luck to him, and to Aresnal, if it does.
Bearing in mind it seemed to have stemmed from a senior player calling his lack of effort out, I wouldn't worry too much.I think the most worrying thing is the fallout with the manager because if it can happen with Tross it can happen with anyone. Our firey Italian may for one reason or another not have the man management skills that Potter had.

Behave! I want a manager you expects 100% and isn’t phased by dickheads.I think the most worrying thing is the fallout with the manager because if it can happen with Tross it can happen with anyone. Our firey Italian may for one reason or another not have the man management skills that Potter had.
None of them fell out with Potter or seemingly publicly criticised him though. They all got sold for huge amounts comparablyBut we lost White, Bissouma and Cucurella with Potter in charge. Not like players were clambering to stick around because of him.
RDZ isn't able to rectify the contract situation. Trossard, like Maupay, didn’t want to sign a new deal. We triggered his contract extension to preserve his value, he made it clear he wants to leave with dreadful performances on the pitch and in training. DeZerbi dropped him after his training ground antics.None of them fell out with Potter or seemingly publicly criticised him though. They all got sold for huge amounts comparably
I’m not arguing that, just saying that the reason the 3 quoted left were because we got huge offers and they went to bigger clubs playing European footballRDZ isn't able to rectify the contract situation. Don’t see what else anyone could’ve done.

Gross is only 2 behind Trossard, 3 behind Murray for Most goals in the Prem.so who will overtake murray/maupay as the highest brighton goalscorer in the EPL?
True but I'm sure the bids are known by the big journosHasn't it been well publicised in the past that NO ONE knows the valuation of any Brighton player until a bidding team meets it
I don’t doubt calls were made to Chelsea even while negotiations were ongoing. “You don’t want to miss out to a rival do you, Todd? What would your fans say?”“Mikel, it’s Roberto here, can you get your team to whack a moody bid in for the Belgian waffle, say 20 big ones, then we’ll sit back and wait for those Chelsea mugs to offer 40”
Disagree here, RdeZ is far from a 'fiery Italian' IMHO. Always comes across as a measured assessor sort of a bloke, albeit with demonstrable passion for what he does and is trying to do. Also the fact that Trossard allegedly told Lallana and Dunk to F off when they tried to reason with him, shows a more together attitude from all the other players. Trossard is out on his own here and deserves to be got rid of. No one bigger than the club and all that.I think the most worrying thing is the fallout with the manager because if it can happen with Tross it can happen with anyone. But it's being reported that Arsenal haven't even approached Brighton yet.True but I'm sure the bids are known by the big journos
