It was attually posher!!! Posh and Shoreham is one thing. Shoreham and posher! Well my word is that possible?

I can only guess that when referring to the posh end of Shoreham, It actually means the area where they have the better class of criminal?

I for one would be all for Shoreham Beach becoming the place to be. Then hopefully property prices would rise & I could sell my place & drive off through the tumbleweed back to Brighton. I doubt it will happen though.

Wasn't it reported on here a couple of months ago that he had bought a house and been seen moving in to it in Rottingdean.

dont know anything bout that,i do know he put in offer last week ,wont be happy as the moles moved in over night and ruined the superb gardens

If the estate agents have anything to do with it, there can be...

North Roedean (Whitehawk)
Upper Patcham (Hollingbury)
West Falmer (Moulsecoomb)
East Sompting (Lancing)

I grew up in Moulscoombe and on my first day on the building site got talking to some old boy, said he lived in Bevendean, asked him what road and without a hint of Irony he replied "Staplefield Drive"

I suspect they will head for Shoreham beach or North of the coast....... Steyning, Storrington etc...... but With the bypass now they may still prefer to be closer to Brighton itself

West Chiltington, Billingshurst, Hove. In that order. Bruno lives in Hove now.

Brighton factually.....
I was born in Southlands and lived on Shoreham Beach for my early years and think it is way over rated, poor roads and a horrible roundabout and views when coming in.... For that reason I am out.

Anyone with any money and class lives up a hill looking down on the poor and flood victims.

I take it that's Moulscoombe then, and Bevendean is nicer. So is Bevendean Crescent in Moulscoombe too?

Maybe they'll take over the Mash Barn Estate ???

I don't think many of them will head to Shoreham Beach. It's OK, and plenty of the houses have been done up to look pretty impressive, but for me, it is a bit too far out of the way. With pretty good transport links, I reckon many of them with head to Hove, or even further afield - West Chiltington, Partridge Green, or Henfield.

Slightly off topic, but my life will only be complete when we are in the Premier League and Gary Cotterrill, of Sky Sports News fame, gets mobbed on transfer deadline day by a load of Lancing reprobates, while reporting from outside the training ground. :albion2:
