this.

why the f*** has this turned into a race debate? some people attacked a woman on a bus, this shit happens all the time, race has nothing to do with it.

It disgusts me that some people are still so disgracefully, unashamedly and openly racist in this day and age.
Really? Of all the buses I have travelled on including a fair few night buses I have never witnessed anything remotely close to these disgraceful scenes.

People get attacked, in Birmingham a girl was stabbed to death on a bus, it was not racially motivated. Why the hell are people bringing race into it here?

So anyone who thinks the attack may have something to do with race are in fact now all racists.

Not really, but it does suggest an inability to use the evidence at hand to form a valid opinion.

Actually to be fair to EDS there is a large distinction between "may have something to do with" and "obviously", "of cause [sic] it would be", "you could bet your bottom dollar it would be", "pretty much sure that was the motive of the attack", "I dont know if this was a racial attack, but I somehow suspect",

(quoted Creaky's post earlier for these)

I spend a lot of time in Peckham, Forest Hill, Brockley and New Cross,..... its bandit country, and 'white flight' is not simply an imaginary event, it is happening for real... and this is an observation, not a political statement,... before you start on me.

The bus wasn't near any of those areas.

I am using the evidence at hand. As I have said either they were militant fashion critics or there was another reason to single her out

So to sum up.
Anyone who thinks it may have been racially motivated, is infact a racist.
The experts in this thread seem to live anywhere but London, even as far afield as South Africa, their loss, Britain's gain.
They are either fashion critics or homosexuals.
It cannot be racially motivated.
DaveinPrague was banned, which is pretty crap.
I am a racist

People seem convinced with a fury that there is no way it could be racially motivated and also say they are homosexuals which in itself is dereogatory to the homosexual community.

Are we ok saying they are human beings?.... or is that a marginal insult too?

iit cracks me up when you read people saying 'i just see a cowardly assault'. i am a middle aged man who regularly takes buses in lewisham and the amount of racist abuse against white people i encounter is astounding. just last night i was called a white c--- for the crime of getting on a bus at 8-30 in a bit of a scrum if you answer back you are seriously putting yourself in danger. its a power and dominance thing. the problem is - as witnessed on here - people are desperate to be even handed and show themselves as non racist - which is easy to do if you are not in the firing line.

theres so many dick heads on here its not true, telling people they are out of line and racist. its laughable if it wasnt so scary that they had the vote. generally these people would be in absolute pieces if they were on a south london nightbus, thats the irony.

The only fact is you don't know and neither do I. No one on here does. It could be racially motivated, it may not be. I am sure racism exists, I am not living in a fluffy cloud land some people seem to inhabit whereby it could not be racist in anyway. And racism exists both ways. Sadly.

Anyone who sees it as a racially motivated attack have no "evidence" for that assumption other than the difference in the skin colour between the attacked and the attacker - making such an assumption is by definition a racist one.

Simple question, what evidence is there to support the presumption that it was a racially motivated attack other than the above? ???

I would refer to them as Animals to be safe.
