Will Lambert be doing it as a job share with Di Matteo?

Seems an odd move to me. Yes Villa are a bigger club BUT they're really stagnant right now. They don't have a very good squad and by all accounts don't have much money to invest either. Most estimate about £10m will be allowed by the board for team strengthening whereas I'd have thought Norwich would have a similarly sized kitty, especially if they cash in on Holt.

Norwich have the upward momentum and finished in a far stronger position than Villa last season. Personally I think I'd have stayed put

yeah people can't really understand it

not like brendan rogers to liverpool is it

maybe he thinks he's taken norwich as far as he can and villa is another stepping stone to one of the big jobs

if we struggled next season then his stock would fall and could end up like aidy boothroyd

certainly the manner of his departure leaves a bad taste together with the holt situation

but that's football

Reading between the lines there could be something slightly amiss at Norwich right now.

1) Hi fan of fan of F.C Snatchy
2) A Villa shirt would suit Benno, no-one looks good in yellow.
3) Really, would you get your money back on Benno?
4) Good.

Thankyou and Goodbye!...

Lovely Jubbely. When we sold Bennett to you we included a big sell on clause in the deal, 40% if I'm right :)

lol not slagging poyet off, just don't think his style would suit our players at all

more swansea

holloway would be much better

don't want malky either and he's fav :shootself

benno has only improved this season so would command a big fee seeing how he's a regular and settled well. i remember brighton fans saying he's just be a bench warmer. lambert would need a massive transfer kitty to properly raid us.
