Hi all

Hoping you might have a recommendation for someone to help us. Part of our kitchen floor has collapsed leaving a hole. We have covered it safely for now but obviously it needs repairing asap. Any offers or recommendations gratefully received.

Wooden I assume?

Floors don't normally collapse for no reason. Is there wet/dry rot? Leak?

Where abouts are you?

Joist ends and their plates rot. You normally get a bouncy feeling prior. More likely chipboard yes ?

You need that Irish guy, Phil Mahollen. He’d sort it.
