[Help] Kitchen floor disaster

Hi all

Hoping you might have a recommendation for someone to help us. Part of our kitchen floor has collapsed leaving a hole. We have covered it safely for now but obviously it needs repairing asap. Any offers or recommendations gratefully received.

Apparently,when drilling the foundations for the new town hall sea water was found in the spoils.

You have got rising damp

Joist ends and their plates rot. You normally get a bouncy feeling prior. More likely chipboard yes ?
