Radostin Kishishev will resume training with Albion today and is in contention for a place in Saturday's squad at MK Dons.
The Bulgarian midfielder has not featured since January, due to personal reasons, but boss Gus Poyet will access his fitness ahead of the trip the Milton Keynes, while Alan Navarro also resumes training with the first team squad for the first time since rupturing his cruciate ligament in August.
Poyet told seagulls.co.uk, "Kish is back and training normally, so I will keep an eye on him and look at his fitness.
"Alan is also training with the first team for the first time so it's a really nice day for the squad. We were trying to get Alan a game with the reserves last night, but it was called-off, so eees complicated.
"We want him to play games so we are trying to set up some friendlies and also some games on the training ground, between ourselves.
"Today we will try to play 11 versus 11 for a while so that Alan knows what it's like to play again."
Meanwhile, Jamie Smith (foot) and Jimmy McNulty (ankle) are the only other players not available, as they continue their rehabilitation.
