Radostin Kishishev will resume training with Albion today and is in contention for a place in Saturday's squad at MK Dons.

The Bulgarian midfielder has not featured since January, due to personal reasons, but boss Gus Poyet will access his fitness ahead of the trip the Milton Keynes, while Alan Navarro also resumes training with the first team squad for the first time since rupturing his cruciate ligament in August.

Poyet told seagulls.co.uk, "Kish is back and training normally, so I will keep an eye on him and look at his fitness.

"Alan is also training with the first team for the first time so it's a really nice day for the squad. We were trying to get Alan a game with the reserves last night, but it was called-off, so eees complicated.

"We want him to play games so we are trying to set up some friendlies and also some games on the training ground, between ourselves.

"Today we will try to play 11 versus 11 for a while so that Alan knows what it's like to play again."

Meanwhile, Jamie Smith (foot) and Jimmy McNulty (ankle) are the only other players not available, as they continue their rehabilitation.

Excellent. Amazing how few injuries we have, and how few bookings and sending-offs we are getting. Almost like the players are desperate to keep playing.

Oh-Oh.......

Great!
He says it's complicated

It's in his contract to shoehorn it in every time he is interviewed, sometimes it makes no sense, but as long as he gets it in it's OK

Brilliant news. Great to have another old head in midfield. A key player for the run in.

Means we can easily rotate players who gets small knocks or need breathers.

We're only 3 players (a full back, and 2 strikers) away from being able to field 2 completely different, but still quality teams.

Ankergren - Brezovan

Calderon - Tarricco
Painter - Tarricco
Greer - Elphick
El-Abd - Dunk

Dicker - Sparrow
Bridcutt - Kish
Bennett - Noone

Murray - Sandaza
Barnes - Holroyd
Wood - ??

And I bet we'd end up with more injuries from that game, than we've had all season.
