On the basis that the Shareholdings have not changed since August 08, by what vehicle will Tony Bloom be putting money into the club if it is not through purchasing additional shares? Will it be through separate 'loans' which may or may not be interest bearing?

Walsham Brothers is not producing the sparkling results it once did. In 2003, the Lloyd’s insurance broker did manage to cut its losses to just £27,000. The company has net assets of £83.2m and we value it at that level. Brown, who chairs the family-owned business, was regularly the highest-paid director in Britain with salaries of more than £8m a year in the early 1990s. He now earns a more modest £1.38m a year. His stake in Walsham is 25% but he is here representing the wider family. We add £15m to the Browns for past salaries and other assets.
