Thats the problem with this PC world now Watford, if you ever say something that questions another nations way of life you are branded a rascist. What should have happened is that a debate should have been held and an " arab " come back and counter Kilroy's comments. As it was the boys in blue where called at the first call from the council of Muslims. I did not see such haste when the Finsbury Mosque where inciting much worse racial hatred for months on end before the police finally intervened.

I have to say that for once I tend to go alond with Watford. He has a valid point about all tyhe PC posturing that we do here.
Having said that Kilroy merely voiced what a lot of people think. Frankly, being hated by the likes of Osuana Bin Laden for no other reason than the fact we aren't Muslims speaks for itself. I would also add that I don't look down on every person of Arabic extraction, just those who seek to destroy non Muslims. It's true to say that ths USA's continuing support of Isreal is cause for antipathy. It should be remembered that to a Moslem fundermentalist, death is just the stop before heaven and suicide bombers are martyrs, they have no fear of death.
Still, having said that as well, getting a boring, patronising twat of a has been off the TV is no bad thing.

Just a thought and correct me if I'm wrong but during the Rugby World Cup didn't the french coach say some distasteful things about the English, like everyone hates us and wants us to fail at everything (and not just in sport) even though we're already crap at everything... apart from Rugby and Rowing that is. I didn't see too many people jumping to our defence when our own cultures was attacked verbally... and by the french too!

I'm certainly not going to defend RKS because he is mostly wrong (not sure about the bit about women, some truth there) but I find it ironic that so many people are making a fuss about him generalising about Arabs when people generalise about "the Americans" on here all the time (same people?) and no-one says anything.
Perhaps those of you bigots that rant on and on about "the Americans" in such general and ignorant terms will reflect on how similar your attitude is to that of Kilroy Silk.
