Right here, right now
There are ways of complaining. Throwing a temper tantrum and chucking your toys out of your pram is not one of them!

Just far enough away from LDC
Well it has happened twice in a couple of weeks so someone at the club needs to make sure it doesn't and that person must be Ken Brown.
As for temper tantrums , if I had paid good money to watch a game and was being stopped from seeing as the club couldn't organise something as basic as a ticket collection point I'd had have been f***ing well angry too.

Ernest - hypothetically speaking, how would you react if you were confronted by an angry abusive customer?

1. It is Ken Brown, no one is denying that, not even him. It should not have happened, end of story.

2. I was well angry too as also delayed, but my priority was to watch the match rather than tell everyone just how long I have been watching the club to affirm my uberfan status. Usually you can be firm in your protests, but the incoherent rambling shouting and swearing route usually doesn't progress your position very far.

I am fortunate that I have only had to collect tickets from the kiosk at Withdean on a couple of occasions last season, due to mainly to my own fault, but on both occassions I missed at least 10 mins of the game despite arriving 3/4 of an hour before kick off. So obviously lessons have not been learnt and at the Fans Forum Ken Brown was told about the fiasco for the Ipswich game and stated that they had identified the problem and gave an assurance that it couldn't happen again, was he meant to add until we had another game at Withdean.

We must hope that whatever needs to be done is done in order that a similar situation doesnt arise. Would it not be possible to keep the ticket office open until 7.00pm for the collection of tickets thus enabling people to either collect them in Queens Road or Withdean. If collected at Withdean could they not print off another ticket which would then show on the computer system so that duplicates could not be obtained from both sites. I am not clued up on computers but would think that it would be fairly simple to do.

I wouldn't act like some jack the lad cockney wide boy thats for sure :angry::angry:

As usual, that doesn't answer the question.

Let's be clear, just so you can get this through your thick skull. ATC is not a forum to deal with individual members of staff. If you, or anybody else has an issue to take up with a member of staff, then you e-mail their superior, in this case, Dick Knight.

As for discussing things in the open, the club have moved to discuss things openly by issuing a public apology. Granted, it's not good enough that this has happened twice now, but as previously mentioned, your pathetic attempts at wind-ups and name-calling mean that NOBODY is going to take you seriously. If they do, more fool them.

Now for crying out loud, just give up this shit-stirring that you keep trying to do because frankly, it's f***ing boring.
