Where did Keith come from ? Blimey. Not very surf-dude.

Any confessions for middle names ?

I missed out on my old man's middle name - Herbert - my brother copped that. My wife's father's middle name was Beresford. My son avoided that one.

My middle name is John, which is my Dad's middle name, was my maternal Grandad's middle name and also the first name of one of my paternal Great-Grandads.

My middle name is fairly run of the mill and is my mums, nanas and so on but Paddy's is Archibald Vincenzo. :lolol:

We gave the children normal middle names for that very reason. They are Patrick, Rose, Lily and Estelle.

errm Maurice, it's a family thing.

The most embarrassing time was when the congregation laughed during my wedding.

James from a loooooong line of thomas james'

I was the first not to be called Thomas. My Dad got fed up with the banks etc confusing him and his Dad and decided not to add to the confusion.

I thought the opening post on this thread was going to be:

"Keef Dublin..."

my middle names are Charles Douglas - named after an RAF legend from my Mum's family (MC and DFC in WWI then head of Fighter Command in WWII before being Governer of the British Occupation Zone in Germany, knighted and promoted to Marshal of the RAF - not bad...)
