I wonder if the court saved itself bit of time and money by pencilling in her next court appearance.
I'm wondering if she has an allocated parking space outside the court.I wonder if the court saved itself bit of time and money by pencilling in her next court appearance.
Correct.Eventually she'll kill someone through her drink/drug/uninsured driving. When she does it will be all about her and she'll get a nice stint in the priory.
If you ever wanted an example of one rule for them and another for us.
Like thatI'm wondering if she has an allocated parking space outside the court.
How on earth can she get away with such a paltry fine?Stupid cow.
Fined £880 for driving without insurance and a licence last summer.
She'll have been done for No insurance due to having a revoked license. The guidelines (https://www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk/offences/magistrates-court/item/no-insurance-revised-2017/) give it a starting point of Category C which is a band C fine and 6-8 points. Aggravating factors take it to a Band B fine which is 100% of Relevant Weekly Income (with a 33% discount for early guilty plea). £880 fine after the plea discount equates to about £70k a year. How on earth can she get away with such a paltry fine?
I agree. There's a decent person in there. The trouble is that space is shared with a fukken mentalist.I find her quite intriguing you know. She constantly seems to act like a complete dickhead but I remember watching that series of CBB she was in and her coming across as a really nice person. Confusing…
As much as there may be an element of 'addiction' in her actions to draw attention upon herself, it's also her sole source of income. She's been a professional Celebrity since her early 20s when the glamour modelling ended. Even her books, perfumes, etc. all rely on her presence in the public consciousness for their sales.I’m more concerned by those still watching and reporting on her than any action(s) she takes herself.
It’s clear she’s addicted to attention, to an extent that constitutes an illness. I honestly believe there’s a space between prison and psychotherapy that isn’t really catered for, and yet is where she needs to be. There’s an ugliness inherent in a lot of her career that belongs as much to those reporting on it as it does to her, though there’s no doubt she’s deliberately encouraged/facilitated the attention.
Genuine question, if you're one of the creditors from the first bankruptcy (a number of them are small local traders), do you take priority over the second set of creditors?Katie Price declared bankrupt for second time over £750,000 unpaid tax bill
Katie Price was previously declared bankrupt in 2019 and owes £761,994.05 to HM Revenue and Customs – the model did not attend the hearing on Monday after previously dodging court six timeswww.mirror.co.uk

Or regardless of any time line do HMRC always have first dibs?
….or the £179k pink Ferrari she’s got ready for when she gets her licence back (2038 perhaps)I'm guessing she'll be behind the wheel of yet another £70k Range Rover when her next driving conviction is handed down.
