Eventually she'll kill someone through her drink/drug/uninsured driving. When she does it will be all about her and she'll get a nice stint in the priory.

If you ever wanted an example of one rule for them and another for us.
Correct.

To all those talking of the nasty comments by some posters on this thread, remember this, by excusing her you are encouraging others to behave in the same way. That can only end in collision/death/injury to others.

I find her quite intriguing you know. She constantly seems to act like a complete dickhead but I remember watching that series of CBB she was in and her coming across as a really nice person. Confusing…

How on earth can she get away with such a paltry fine?
She'll have been done for No insurance due to having a revoked license. The guidelines (https://www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk/offences/magistrates-court/item/no-insurance-revised-2017/) give it a starting point of Category C which is a band C fine and 6-8 points. Aggravating factors take it to a Band B fine which is 100% of Relevant Weekly Income (with a 33% discount for early guilty plea). £880 fine after the plea discount equates to about £70k a year.
I don't know anything about bankruptcy and how it affects RWI, never come across it.

I was raised to value people by their actions. I don’t give a shit about how she makes her money, her talent(s) or lack thereof - none of that matters to me. If she can make a buck good for her.

What I do have a problem with is constantly endangering others with her actions. Once, forgiven. Twice, forgiven and hoping they are taking things seriously. How many times has it been now?

Every time she goes out on the road intoxicated, speeding, without a valid license, she endangers other innocent people and puts their lives at risk with her selfishness.

So based on her actions alone, Katie Price can **** off - hopefully to prison before she kills someone.

I’m more concerned by those still watching and reporting on her than any action(s) she takes herself.

It’s clear she’s addicted to attention, to an extent that constitutes an illness. I honestly believe there’s a space between prison and psychotherapy that isn’t really catered for, and yet is where she needs to be. There’s an ugliness inherent in a lot of her career that belongs as much to those reporting on it as it does to her, though there’s no doubt she’s deliberately encouraged/facilitated the attention.
As much as there may be an element of 'addiction' in her actions to draw attention upon herself, it's also her sole source of income. She's been a professional Celebrity since her early 20s when the glamour modelling ended. Even her books, perfumes, etc. all rely on her presence in the public consciousness for their sales.

She clearly has some mental / behavioural issues which drive her to the illegal elements of her actions, but for the main part she is a remarkably clever and astute businesswoman*, plying her trade well beyond her expected shelf-life.

*on the making-money side; less so on the spending-money side, hence the multiple bankruptcies...

Genuine question, if you're one of the creditors from the first bankruptcy (a number of them are small local traders), do you take priority over the second set of creditors?

Or regardless of any time line do HMRC always have first dibs?

I think:

HMR&C might have first dibs on any bankruptcy.
You can only be made bankrupt again if you have been discharged from the previous one.

A normal person would struggle to get a mobile phone contract on the back of that.

I'm guessing she'll be behind the wheel of yet another £70k Range Rover when her next driving conviction is handed down.

….or the £179k pink Ferrari she’s got ready for when she gets her licence back (2038 perhaps)
