I don't think he's saying that. Pavillioniare is just looking for possible solutions after this awful news.
More broadly, I think it's ok to express disappointment about Mitoma being out for the season. That seems like a perfectly normal sentiment. However, this is most definitely not Tony Bloom's fault. We do have wide players who can play in Mitoma's position, though no-one who can do what he can, hence why today's news is such a big blow. That's not to say that the club are immune from friendly criticism imho, ( read replacing Caicedo, & Mac Alister). But we are where we are - in the last 16 of the FA Cup and the Europa League ( Brighton! ) - so time to for all of us to back RDZ and the boys, big time. UTA.

Was absolutely gutted at this news when I got told earlier. He occupies defences with his direct running and width like no-one (bar Adringra to an extent). Fati and Encisco play inside far more and Buonanotte has always been so ineffective out wide given his lack of pace and is better centrally. Suppose it's up to RDZ to find a solution.

Really hope he can feature before the end of the season but when has one of our players every come back early from an injury!? Think BBB will need to feature more as in his cameo V Spurs he looked fast and ran past their defence.

Injuries been crazy since RDZ joined. Said before but feels very much like bielsa at Leeds where the squad just fell apart and were broken after a couple of seasons.

That's why I hate a sadistic RDZ. He knew before the match that Mitoma had been suffering from back ailments. It was psychotic to force Mitoma to continue even after we were 2-0 up. He totally exploited Mitoma for his own interest again. I know I am too dramatic, but I would more or less recommend RDZ to have an examination for psychological disorders. I'd also like to think his lengthy absence may well be the decision by the club to protect a valuable asset from RDZ and his team among others.

I doubt it. The decision by the club to sign Osman was viewed as the decision made by the club to sell him in the summer after, presumably, talks were held with a prospective buyer/s.

Sorry but this is utter psychobabble. Not only are you being ‘too dramatic’ but seem to have a very warped view of how the fitness level of top flight footballers are managed. It is not the manager of a club that decides whether players are physically fit enough to play but a whole medical team, including physiotherapists, doctors and other backroom staff, including conditioning coaches who work on different aspects of any physical weakness in each player . Players have regular medicals relating to fitness testing including routine bloods (complete blood count, Vitamin D, Iron levels, etc.), cardiovascular fitness, lung function, joint mobility, muscle strength, and potential injuries - top flight players have access to xray and mri scans through the club when required and access to expertise from orthopaedic surgeons etc. It is simply not the case that a manager (any manager) can override the advice of the medical team and force players to play with (potential) injuries - that would be against club policy, FIFA medical guidelines and would likely be not only a breach of manager’s contract but undermine potential insurance claims too. It is the club doctor that has the final word, not the Coach. As far as injury impact during a match, show me one player that would not insist in continuing if he absolutely could, even to the point of trying to play through the pain or even ‘obscuring’ the extent of his pain to avoid being taken off.

(Back pains are often belatedly evident too - most people would tell you that it is often hours later or even the next day after being immobile overnight that the pain really hits with most muscular back injuries.)

Well, that's why it is the manager's responsibility to make sure the player in question is well taken care of during the match, especially after the player received a career threatening tackle in the first half, and especially he is the manager who tends to rely so much on the player.
