Woman trying to take her baby to hospital apparently.

This is absolutely shameful. Disgusting.

Don’t forget, this is just one of the times it was actually filmed - indisputable evidence of endangering lives.

I am sickened that JSO protestors would so callously and wilfully endanger the life of a newborn baby. They were explicitly told that they were trying to get to hospital with a newborn baby and still did not cede the right of way.

I am sorry but that is absolutely brazen. If that child had died, I would expect a murder charge for the protestors involved.

Thinking on it, the only reasonable guess is the “protestors” filmed are in fact false flag protestors out there for a staged video designed to make JSO look like savages. It is the only way JSO come out of this looking human, if it’s real then it’s a fair assessment that at last some in JSO have a callous disregard for human life.

Well it is very convenient the footage was seemingly made available to a right wing Twitter account first and foremost.

I wouldn’t put it past Big Oil to infiltrate the group, there have been dozens of proven examples of similar in the past, not least from the police, spy agencies and big corporations.

However JSO are strangely silent and haven’t issued any allegations of this, and in fact have defended their actions on social media.

It’s a really, really bad look.

They lap this kind of stuff up, it suits their non Dom climate denying paymasters.

These protest groups are all interlinked.

This lot who want a plant based diet enforced on everyone are protesting today (I assume same protesters as yesterday with different banners).

Probably because factory farming and climate change are interlinked.

The former also helps fuel pandemics, covid was just a little taster of what lies ahead of us.

Having looked at their website, they aren’t huge fans of people eating free range meat either.

What are your views on the video? The one we’ve gone suspiciously off topic from suddenly by a certain few posters who are vehemently pro JSO?

Do you endorse JSO’s actions there?

Personally, no - I don’t believe anyone should be stopped from getting medical treatment.

The Tories are currently stopping about 7m people from going to hospital, I’m personally a lot more angry about that.

No. They have become immensely tedious.

It's all interlinked, these modern groups are all one and the same. We have never seen any movement given so much free rein to shut down towns and cities.
. . . . Since that old lady died last year.

Astonishing. Taking party politics out of the equation for a moment, what did you think of JSO’s actions in the video?
Yes it is astonishing 1 in 10 Brits are in a queue for a hospital procedure.

As for JSO I support their actions, but given the choice I prefer the stuff sporting and cultural events.

In an increasingly authoritarian country the consequences of such actions will become greater. I’m too selfish to make such sacrifices, so find it hard to be too critical of them.

No, on the face of it, i don‘t endorse the actions of those particular protesters any more than I approve of the behaviour of some drivers, some football fans or some of almost any group you care to mention.

None of that diminishes my opinion that the cause JSO is fighting for is worthwhile and that their protests are an effective tool.

It happened last year too.

Here's hoping both kids are okay and got any treatment they needed.

There's no reason why the stupidity of the campaign strategy should diminish sympathy for the underlying cause.

Doesn't change the fact that what they're doing is wrong and counterproductive.

which cause is that though? is it the climate change one, which the scientist say we have a couple of decades to reduce emissions and we'll be ok. or is it the loosely defined "200 years of struggle", tagging climate change onto a much older agenda?

Yours is post 1'718 on a thread about JSO. I would say that their campaign is doing exactly what they want it to do.
