I left with my missus and another couple 15 minutes before the end it was EMBARASMENT of the very highest order.

You cannot blame the players, only the MANAGER.

Thank f*** we have a night out in Nottingham to now look forward to, McGhee you should resign if you were a decent human being, we cannot be put through that amount of suffering again.

A team of old men and kids......

Carpenter was awful, gatting looked like a rabbit in headlights, he needs to learn to chase the ball. Hammond wouldn't have got MOM from anyone today, Lynch never made his mark, Mayo was OK, Harty played to his limits, CKR, will someone tell him if he gets the ball he is allowed to run towards goal and doesn't always have to look for someone to pass to, have some balls man.

The depressing truth awaits.

What a f***ing ridiculous thing to say. Was it MMs fault that after 65 minutes CKR decided not to bother anymore?

Was it MMs fault that Lynch slipped to give the guy the chance to hit their equaliser?

Was it MMs fault that Mayo slashed over the bar from 12 yards?

Was it MMs fault the queue for a coffee at half time was so long?

Of course you can blame the players [some of them anyway]. Don't be a prick.

MM is the man in charge, therefore he should shoulder the blame.

Thats what he is paid for.

PS The Tea Lady has applied to be our new manager as she knows we are a patient lot!

And she has a pot to piss in,unlike us!!

Of course he has final responsibility. He wasn't blamless today either. When he took Frutos off for Hammond, I said to Hiney "f***, I hope he's not going to try to sit on one-nil"

It was screaming out for Carole to come on earlier.

None of that changes the fact that to say "you can't blame the players" is bollocks.

So who's fault is it we've gone from a half decent team picking up useful draws and beating the Scum & leeds,
to being the worse team in the championship on current form over the last 12 games???

Sorry, we were talking about today's game were we not?

PS. How the f*** can you "go from beating Leeds, to being shit for the last 12 games", when we beat Leeds about 5 games ago?

So basically you are saying that when McGhee succeeds it is down to luck and when he fails it is his fault. What about Currie, Butters, Reid, Hammond (especially last season and early this year). McGhee simply does not have the resources and it is easy to forget what a great job he did last year to keep us up.

Why does everybody keep on about what he did last year it is this year we are concerned about. Those same [players exactly the same NOW is the concern.

Got to say chaps /ladies .. today was the first time i saw us give up .. the first 20/25 mins was good then crewe slowly started to come back inthe game .. Second half they started brighter and wanted it ..ok they fluke a goal but we then just dropped heads and basically were not up for the fight... Lunt bossed midfield and Jones took the piss with his pace on the left .. Sorry to say but we were poor and can accept being beaten, but not to give up without a fight !!

The worst thing is, Crewe were shit.

..and we were even shitter! Absolutely shocking second half, cant pick anything in particular that went wrong but after their first flukey goal we just seemed to be nowhere on the pitch! Carpenter had a shocker (i hate to say it but he looked a yard short everytime) and mayo was probably our best player. Very depressing result.

really was embarrasing! after getting the boast of the early goal really should have pushed on and got the second against the worst defence in the championship

henderson made a couple of decent saves just before half time but has really got to look at himself for the 1st goal! yes i know it was afluke but after last weeks goal cant belive he let that cross sail in 5

el abd made a promosing start to the game defended superbly in the 1st half coming to our rescue a couple of times and was even getting forward and supporting a lot better.but as the goals went in along with everyone else around him he lost his head got beat a few times and his passing went a awol 6

lynch didn't do much wrong look asured at the back pretty much through out like el abd passing let him down towards the end 6

hinch looked fantasic in the 1st half kept winning and clearing the ball cleanly and assured but wasn't as good after the break MOM 7

butters didn't think tank had 1 of his better games got beat for pace in the 1st half a couple of times wasn't anywhere near as dominate in the air as he normally is in fact every time the ball got headed away seemed to be by hinch 5

fruity never got in to the game don't know why but when seb isn't on the pitch doesn't seem to be the same player to me 5

chippy abysmal performance gave the ball away so many times, never looked where he was clearing it which meant the ball came straight back.made a perfectic back pass early on that good have been costly.said a few weeks ago about how chippy was mr reliable but lately he ain't been the chippy i've watched for the last 5 years 4

mayo look the better of our midfield players at the moment.good forward well and was still going late on which can't be said of many of his team mates.iv been 1 of kerry's biggest critics over the years but his worthy of his place in midfield at the moment gets stuck in has got a good engine on him and gets forward well but needs to do more when he gets in the positions.only real critisium passed backwards or sideways to much 6

harty battled away had a decent 1st half defensively and up and down the line 6

ckr looked like the only player likely to score a 2nd goal but gave the ball away to much and far to easily.needs to hold and keep the ball much better were getting put under far to much pressure because he was giving it away.don't think anyone deserved to win a holiday on todays performance though 5

gatts held the ball up well in the 1st half battled away in the 2nd but didn't hold the ball up well enough after the break.did fantastically for the goal 6

subs

hammond how many times have people called for him to play back on the left? on this performance didn't look good judgement was suppose to tighten the midfield and the left hand side i pressume? hardly did that his passing is ridiculos wastes far to much persession of the pass 4

seb he aint a magician! feel sorry for him sometimes cos the others just stand there and watch him on the ball instead of supporting him.tried to create something when on the ball but his set pieces need to improve 6

mcphee why did we not bring him on until injury time? not saying he's the saviour but we weren't doing much should have come on for last 15 - 20 mins

There wasn't any anti-McGoo shouting, but it may have been partly due to the fact that for the first time ever (I think), he did not come over to applaud the fans. He just sneaked off down the tunnel, almost like he didnt want to come over as he knew what reaction he would get. If, on the other hand, he simply wanted to get in the dressing room so he could go mental at the players, then i can forgive him.
i always wait around to appauld the players did afetr everyone of the 12 successive defeats under hinch/coppell but didn't think they deserved it 2day

MM certainly doesn't seem to be able to improve or get the best out of players like Taylor and Coppell did. Ho hum.

I wonder why? With his honed motivational skills, you would think he would find it a breeze.

11 hours on the train today for that PILE OF SHIT.

First 25 minutes it looked like we were going to win EASILY.

However, Crewe are possibily the worst team i have seen sicne the Priestfield days, so what does that make us today? I would like to see a stat of completed passes for both sides. The distribution from our defenders was shocking, but their defending was ok.

Carpenter is unfit, and slow - Mayo likewise. Hammond looked like he had zero confidence when he came on. CKR, and Gatting were quite good today. Hendo looked dodgy at times, made a good save in the first half.

First time i think i have never clapped the team at the final whistle.
