Well if someone called 'Das Reich' is organising a march then I guess the flag we're marching for is a swastika.

Dublin, Ireland
baked beans on toast sums it up for me and a bucket and spade on the beach comes a close second, and at a push union jack shorts:lolol:

Despite the fact that baked beans are a French food and the largest manufacturer of baked beans in the UK (Heinz) is American and from what I remember as the second largest (Batchelors) is Irish?

The bucket and spade are no doubt made in China and I'd guess the shorts were sewn in Malaysia.

The bread's probably British though.

Because I'm guessing it won't be 'my type of people'. As your username suggests your loyalty isn't to England or Britain so I don't really want to associate with a group of people who have some incoherent longing for an ordered, structured society where illegal immigrants and other undesireables are sent 'home'.

Why don't you just join the scouts?

They do a St George's day march from the level to the town centre every year.

They have flags and everything.

On the terraces!!
Yeah, I've checked that.

It doesn't work. :jester:

Real shame too, because I have no friends or social life and would have LOVED to spend all day on a pointless march with these splendid people. Now it looks like I'm going to have to miss out.

dude, check the f***ing site again and all will be revealed because ITS STILL NOT WORKING!!!!! :thud:

Das, please don't think I am going for any other reason but I am going to check it out. NOT join in. I want to see exactly what sort of folk turn up, if any and I want to see what it is all about.

I will be giving an objective report of my findings on Monday.

It seems that you're reluctant to say what it's about.
You know that the often mentioned website doesn't work.
Why don't you just tell us what the "MARCH FOR THE FLAG" is about?

I'll be on the Isle of Wight anyhow but I found the thread very amusing.

Based on your unwillingness to explain what it's about I'm beggining to err on the side of caution, you can buy any old flag for next to nothing...do what you like with them then...they are yours, you paid for them.
Burn/march for them/it if that takes your fancy I don't care.
I might listen to The Archers over breakfast and then go to the beach and then to the pub after a (flagless) walk.

I will be taking some shots and posting them on here.

On sunday I will be your roving reporter and a fully illustrated article will be posted on Monday. At the very least it wil be an interesting hour or so!
