Rumour from a Liverpool work colleague is that he’s thrown a strop and quit. Apparently Liverpool have signed up to a Netflix series and he was dead against it, so he’s walked.
Disney series.... not fully signed yet, but it's crewed. I doubt Klopp has walked over it.

sadly I think they would be very tempted by De Zerbi and vice versa
Yep. As tempting as the size and stature of Man U may have been (if rumours had any truth?), just didn't see RDZ ever going there. City similar, if Pep left, the attraction of the players quality may be a huge pull, but it's another soulless, corporate - day out club, with big problems coming.

Unfortunately Liverpool is the perfect club for a passionate, attacking minded football purist manager like RDZ.

I think most here genuinely felt that passionless Potter moving to a hire/fire entitled club like Chelsea was a poor fit with inevitable outcome, I'd suggest Liverpool/RDZ would be a good fit and if they come calling, we'll be in market for a new boss.

Had a great time with this today - text a couple of mates who support Liverpool😆 firstly …. Everyone is saying Salah has just tweeted he’s considering his future 👍
probably have the game away when I went with … is that right the Liverpool board have just said under no circumstances will there be a statue?? 👍

Gave them my standard list of replacements for situations like this … Gazza, Joey Barton , Sol Campbell- threw in Gary Neville as well

Plenty of references to Utd post Ferguson

Ended it all with - hope you lose every home game for the rest of the season 😎

I cannot believe I'm seeing people online genuinely talking about Gerrard.

That would only end one way, with Gerrard staying as manager for a shorter period than Roy Hodgson did back in 2010.

It would be fun though seeing Liverpool in a relegation battle while Gerrard was at the helm.

I'm going to talk online about Gerrard thus:

Steven Gerrard has f***ed up his chances of being Jurgen Klopp's successor at Liverpool by virtue of having proven himself to be a shit manager.

Seems unlikely. Klopp said this morning he told the club in November so hardly a strop.

The timing, however, is odd. Wonder if it leaked thereby forcing today's announcement?
