All summer i said we only need one striker. I've now changed my mind purely because Hemed isn't good enough and i'm also a bit concerned about Murray's age/pace in this league.

Agreed. We started on Saturday with just over half the team made up of players from last season. We do need a striker, if possible, but I still don't want to see last year's team decimated - I want the team to be still recognisable from last season.

I'd be very happy with that....the signings rather than Baldock being v broken, of course.

Why odd ? He'll be in the UK now on a temporary visitor's visa (we know he was here yesterday) but once he's got clearance he'll need the actual work permit and visa. He has to physically enter the UK with the new (permanent) visa so has to get out to come back in. Imagine Paris presents the quickest option - either by Eurostar or from Gatwick (club may have even arranged something from Shoreham ?). We've had similar issues where I work with staff transferring between locations.

Exactly this. When I worked in Taiwan I had to have my Visa re-issued annually and did it on Hong Kong as it was only an hour flight. All the Ex pats there did the same. It COULD have been issued from the UK but that would have meant a 13 hour flight.

Brugesboys reunited at Brighton & Hove Albion FC!
The deal for José Izquierdo has now been finalised.
'Joske' played 117 games for Club Brugge in which he scored 38 goals and assisted 19. He won the Belgian league title, Belgian cup and Golden Boot for best player in the league.
A well deserved transfer to the Premier League will hopefully see his star rise even more.
