Not much of a prize. I bought a new toaster from Tesco for £4.70 last week, works fine.

Would it have been funnier if the final line had been "But John cam fifth and lost his stake money"...... which is a similar joke I heard several centuries ago. It would do away with any arguments about electrical appliances years ago, but might lead to debate as to whether there was such a sophisticated take on gambling in the Middle east in those days.

Neither did a pen.

Would an autograph chiselled onto a stone tablet be worth much? Even if Jesus did it, it could easily be a fake.

What about a signed cross instead? Although they had been using crucifixion for 70 years before Jesus died so it could, as you say, be a fake. Although it would be hard to prove in court.

How do we know that Moses wore a wig?

Sometimes he was seen with Aaron, and sometimes without.

Not sure, but he did have a motorbike "the roar of Moses' Triumph is heard in the hills" is in there somewhere.
