Shirley it would have been Prince?
Just spotted Sinead O'Connor bird-watching.
I asked how she was getting on.
She said, "so far it's been 7 owls and 15 jays".
Was it an all day and night session as owls are nocturnal and jays not so much? Probably needs to up her recognition skills as seeing just that combination of birds seems unlikely - a fair bit of faulty recognition skills at play. I reckon she was just trying to make a pun based on one of her songs and didn't, in point of fact, actually see the species mentioned. Fake News.

I regularly watch a barn owl patrolling the field out the back in broad daylight. Your hypothesis is flawed sir.
7 though? I am still going with the pun theory

Since we're on the subject of wildlife, I had to call the RSPCA today and said, "I've just found a suitcase in the woods containing a fox and four cubs."
"That's terrible," she replied. "Are they moving?"
"I'm not sure, to be honest," I said, "But that would explain the suitcase."
You have a strange hobby. Watching people bird-watching.
Sounds like a case of avian dogging. I hope a thrush is not involved.
Nothing compares twitter-woo.
We have a tame owl who often comes in for a a game of 8 ball pool. Sadly he's a bit wooly on the rules so when I accidentally potted the White ball he asked is that two hits to who?I regularly watch a barn owl patrolling the field out the back in broad daylight. Your hypothesis is flawed sir.
