"How do I see it myself? It's a real option to sign. I'm very happy here. I feel the appreciation of the owner, to the players and the people and volunteers who work here. I'm in my place."

....but not the manager ?.......
Yet, as one of the more senior players, he’s so happy to stay here despite the manager, the dressing room having been lost, the lack of tactics………….

If only we had a load of defenders on loan to come back and take first team places next season, rather than 8 wingers/ forwards

I knew, just knew, that somebody would read a narrative into it

Deepest, darkest Sussex
Astonishing to hear Joel say that. If you read this forum over the last few days you’d think we were 41 points adrift at the bottom of the league, losing by 7 goals every week, he was surrounded by players who make Ali Dia look like he actually is George Weah and we were coached by the single worst manager in the entire history of football. Oh, and the fans sit in silence at every home game playing on their phones rather than watching the game.

Hither (sometimes Thither)
With an idea of his time of retirement the Velt must have dark targets set for the number of yellow and red cards administered thanks to his sporadic deception. He'll know the precise time to go when a squirm to the floor due to a player being less than a metre from him provokes no whistle. The nefariousness in him gone, he'll open a chain of orphanages.
