IMO if they are both up to the challenge,then let them compete for the position,we the fans cant lose,if both are happy with that situation,however we had Macnulty and he wasn't up for the fight.

My only concern with MP is his lack of pace and that won't be improved however hard he trains.

El Abd HAS to stay at centre back, at all costs. He is vital.

Really hope Mattock signs full time. Painter was definitely the player making me most nervous at the start of the season, was beaten by wingers far too easily. It'll be good to have him back and maybe get Mattock to up his game even more
