Shall we file this with the Robbie Savage thread from yesterday?

Anyinsah wasn't shit when he was scoring against Man City, or when he BULLDOZED his way through to win the game against Leicester last week.

I think his opportunities will be more limited now with the additions of Johnson and Fleetwood, and the imminent return of Forster, so if he's not going to play, he can go back, but to label him shit is just stupid.

On occassions he has looked a world beater and on others he hasnt looked good enough for a Sunday pub side. I am sitting on the fence on this one as I am not sure what the answer is.

He's a bit raw, but has the attributes to succeed for us. I'd like to see us sign him permanently in January.

Completely untrue. Another example of our fickle fans. Loving Anyinsah when he's scoring goals againsty Orient, playing fantastic against Premiership opposition etc. I didn't think he was too bad last night, but I suppose you lot need someone to blame.

Agreed, I don’t know how anyone that has seen him play for us can say he’s shit!

I`ll help you BG. He is pretty shit. That performance last night was woeful and a couple of goals in previous games does not fool me. I could have scored the goal against Man City.
His touch is dreadful and he cannot cross a ball for toffee.
Central striker ? f*** me no.
Another player who`ll do well to make a living in league 2.

You are indeed correct, he is not a central striker, but in fact a winger

Agree he is not a striker, as lots of his shots dont just go over, but go MILES over into the family stand or away fans.

I think he is good enough for us at this level, but obvisouly does need some working on. He can go from the calm finish against Orient to looking like a clumsy Bas Savage all in the same game.

Worth keeping, shit no, raw yes. At least he puts himself about on the pitch

At work - probably
I thought Preston believed his best position was central striker? - He looked good in that position against Man City - they couldn't handle his POWER!

He works like a TROJAN and keeps fullbacks occupied. He is a powerful runner who finds space and is always available for the pass. I like him a lot, and want him to sign PERMANENTLY in January as I believe he will be a great ASSET to the squad.

Ok...

For one he runs his nuts off every game, which gives him brownie points for a start.

2, he's VERY powerful, great at steaming through players, quick and hard to get off of the ball.

3. he's scoring for us!, he was unlucky last night not to get another.

4. His touch is good, so you clearly haven't been watching him enough.

5. and allow me to quote 'Central striker ? f*** me no.' That's like saying Cox is a useless striker, sell him! When Joe has been shoved upfront he's done a good job even though he's been out of position.

Great promise and we'd definitely miss him if he goes i think... anyone agree?

Agree with most of it. Not the bit about his touch though - that's the area where he needs a lot of work - he 'traps' it about 5 yards!.

Yep, I do agree, especially when the alternative is Jake 'The Cat' Robinson.

I've nicknamed him the cat because he's had more lives than one with his Albion career.
