Biden can release any statement he wants, the fact is he said himself he would codify RvW when he won the White House, 2 years later that hasn't happened. surely these are all technicalities. the actual change will be applied in state legislatures, and it will be Republican leaning ones that will enact strong anti-abortion laws, right? find it bizarre this is even a major political issue in a modern country.
