I wonder who is his succession plan?

Conrad Harder is off to Lisbon, so not him.
Corrected for you. It's actually how I first read it.Last season his goal tally was inflated by his penis.
Now his dribbling, finishing and positioning are improving game by game.
He will end up far superior to the player you see today.
That’s what I meant to write. Autocorrect stepping in as usualCorrected for you. It's actually how I first read it.
Don’t think anyone is worried about him leaving, rather than being realistic that if he carries on his form someone will probably pay the money it would take to get him. Enjoy the season and trust there will be someone to step up when the time comes. In fact with the armoury of young striking talent we are stockpiling it’s probably part of the clubs strategy to sell Pedro to let the next one in line come through. Why do we incessantly bang on about our players leaving for big clubs? The instant anyone is mentioned being in good form or developing well, half the forum piles in with "he'll be the next off for £100m"
Why can't we just enjoy having wonderful players without worrying about them leaving!
How many of them were penalties he won?Nobody appears to be giving JP any credit for having "won" a fair proportion of the penalties himself!
I can't believe it's not Rutter.Enjoy it while it lasts. He'll be next summers £100 million sale to Chelsea.

I just thought that maybe he'd been picking up goal scoring tips from Glenn Murray....That’s what I meant to write. Autocorrect stepping in as usual
We have absolutely not seen the best of Ferguson. He'll be a 100m+ player after another 2 seasons at Brighton.Different player. If he's here long enough, he'll hopefully be Welbeck's successor.
Although I have this niggling feeling that we might have seen the best of Ferguson in the stripes. Hope I'm wrong.
Enough to put a spread bet on?I can't believe it's not Rutter.
Agreed, he holds onto the ball too long. Only Messi can play the way he is trying to play. Once he sorts that out, and improves his finishing a little, he will be very, very good. He's a good player. The £100m future £100m doesn't happen if he doesn't improve his non-penalty goal scoring, and that doesn't happen if he doesn't improve his decision making. He still has lots to learn about when to pass, when to dribble, when to shoot and when not to.
Think he is developing in the right direction and he seems to have right mentality to be able to fulfill his potential.
We don't worry about them leaving, we are realistic about the chances of keeping them if someone else is offering to triple their wage. As long as we get fat fees when they do go, and the replacement is good, it's what our club needs to be able to compete at the top end of the table. Why do we incessantly bang on about our players leaving for big clubs? Perhaps a Stato can answer better than I can. JP has scored about 10 pens for Brighton in all comps, and I was just going by the eye-test of having personally seen him win a few of those - so a "fair" percentage of them. How many of them were penalties he won?
