Incredible performance
Odd post.So what is presumably needed in that case is a Dunk'n'Duffy in their prime type of defence - getting in the way of and blocking everything with body, face, legs, gonads or whatever, like in the Hughton era when the midfield often came out second best in the PL.
Not de Zerbi's way though, is it.
Odd? Because that's what he's good at (and TBF pretty good at the passing game too)?Odd post.
JPvH is more than capable of that and so is Dunk, but that’s not our style.
We held on today because we had to. We also scored three magnificent attacking goals away from home.
More about who else plays with him in our next game if the others are all injured after playing a few minutes of footballWe won’t miss dunk. He has trained this guy to replicate him. Except he’s marginally faster.
Impressed it took you so long to pick it up…..Did 'quite well' with Blackburn? Geez!
He was their Player of the Season!
Yep. Which is why I was amazed how many people suggested Gilmour as our early POTS. I think he’s a weak link.A big this .
Very little protection for the defence at times this season
Don’t agree on Gilmour, not PotS, and not as good as those he replaced, but not a weak link either.Yep. Which is why I was amazed how many people suggested Gilmour as our early POTS. I think he’s a weak link.
Really hope Baleba gets fully up to speed and starts most games soon.
Slow downSeemed to come out of nowhere, how much did we pay for him?
Many better young CBs in the world right now?
I actually agree with the guy you replied to. He seems better every game and he has that look about him that says "I'm a really good CB" he seems to be learningSlow down
ThisHe's VVD Mark 2 for the future.
