So not exactly arguing from first hand experience then Billy? Some of the people I know can be a little ignorant and some a bit stupid at times but I don't think it's exactly a national trait. Actually our relatives visiting last week remarked upon the fact that they see far more fat people at home in England.

nothing like some mindless anti americanism you cant beat it. hahaha they are all fat and eat 20 foot wide pizzas for their tea every night and wash it down with a swimming pool full of root beer. they are so thick. unlike us who have umpteen threads on which is the best deep fried fish and potatoes that will kill you shop every day but thats different.
americans eat much better than brits as a rule and know a lot more about food in my experience. yes there are more extremes and massive obesity problems but the reasons for that are far more complex than just not being as cool and great as sophisticated English people.
I would rather eat in America that this country any day of the week.
