Anyone else listen to this? I've only come to it recently, and rarely get a chance to dip in as I'm invariably working when it's on between 10 and 1. But for a phone-in show, it's intelligent and insightful, and skilfully marshalled by the host.

With Nick Ferrari, Nigel Farage and Katie Hopkins in the same stable he seems like a lone beacon in a sea of right wing reactionaries.

Although, Farage and Hopkins make Ferrari seem fluffy.

Listen to LBC most days for nearly 10 years, and JoB has had some great and often powerful shows - London Mayor elections, Jr Doctors, Cab drivers/Uber, and Saville/Child sex abuse to only name a few.
He's certainly opened up my political view point, and brought it more left, BUT he's been allowed to be a complete self indulgent arse and with his favorite toys of UKIP and Brexit, he just wont let go and often loses the message due to a prolonged, and repeated monologue, and thats when i turn off.

Gotta love mystery hour, especially when he gets put back in his box with own answer being shot to pieces

And his nose has been put RIGHT out of joint with Farage and Hopkins being given top billing as new hosts.

I love listening to him. He speaks concisely and logically, and I agree with him almost all of the time.

The man is a total arse. He is your typical bully. Listen to him on other programs he appears on and he's as sweet as apple pie and coy, but on his own he starts to shout down others when he is losing an argument or cuts them off. He will end up going the same way as Jon Gaunt and get the sack when he accuses the wrong person of being a Nazi. The man lacks class and manners. Why go to Syria or look at ISIS to be radicalised, just tune in to the James O'Brainless show.

James O'Brien always gives opinions that will get listeners phoning in, in droves, to argue with him, but cleverly does it in a way that convinces a lot of people that he is being honest. It's a tried and tested talk show format, but does get very predictable in time.

Can't stand the bloke....A mega lefty who sulks like a spoilt brat when anyone who voted out speaks to him.Up his own arse and in my view a typical socialist who dislikes anything British.

He manipulates people big time and can never stop mentioning Farage and trump etc....You won't win with him as being a super socialist means you're never wrong.

I must say that after I heard him say "tell me what's on the other side of the door" about 100 times in one programme, relating to Brexit, I made the conscious decision never to listen to his show again.
