Has just found out, by reading the Shrewsbury Town website that he won't be offered a contract for next season. Doesn't seem too happy on Twitter

I think Torquay will be very happy to have him. Pretty poor by Shrewsbury though.

Such a shame he didn't progress here. A really gifted footballer who just lacks that consistency needed at higher levels. He's like an old car - doesn't work well in winter .

id have thought the writing was pretty obviously on the wall after he got sent out on loan AND was allowed to play for his parent club - they cant have rated him if they allowed that to happen

i imagine torquay will be in for him given how well he did there, and it wouldnt surprise me if bristol rovers had a look as well now that buckle has gone there. he obviously rates him

I am sure I read that he was initially allowed to go on loan by Shrewsbury due to attitude problems, which is perhaps why they weren't arsed to let him know they would not renew the contract.

NOT that it makes it okay in my book though.

Yep. Had a pop at Graham Turner on Twitter and was then shipped down to Plainmoor before you could say "Player registration - what's that?"

That was an accident apparently. Either way, does seem to be a recurring theme.

He needs to grow up and stop doing that. Even when he was here he used to put things on facebook that was likely to piss the manager off

Blimey - their Chariman ain't happy. Just had a look round after clicking the link to the Shrews website and this is how he starts his season end message!

Message from the Chairman

Now the season has finished we have had the opportunity to reflect on what should have been. The full impact of the goal awarded that never was, to Wycombe, the point they wrongfully gained has lead to them taking our automatic promotion spot, which hurts everyone associated with our club. The financial implication of that wrong decision, in terms of the lost revenue is enormous. As Chairman, I have overseen several years of unprecedented investment in the team and the football structure which, by rights, should have led to a successful conclusion this season.

I didn't hear about the goal that never was but he's clearly struggling to move on. Might have helped if his team hadn't cut it so fine after all that investment!
