There seems to be a consensus that Trump is all those things you listed.

There seems to be no such consensus that Biden is all those things you listed.

The evidence that Biden is all of those things you listed is arguably stronger than the evidence that Trump is, at best it's equally as strong.

Given this, why is the perception not equal?

I guess this goes right back to the original post in this thread. The things you "know", and the things you don't know, are decided by people who control what you watch, read and hear, and those people have an agenda, and the agenda isn't that you be furnished with all the relevant information to make up your own mind. It's to make up your mind for you.

Unless you take account of that you will always end up believing not neccessarily what is true, but what others decide you should believe. All the while you will believe that you are thinking for yourself. But the quality of what you think can only be as good as the quality of what you know. The information you are given, and the information you are not given.

In terms of Joe Biden being left wing...no, I don't, I think that he's a centrist/ right leaning....I think his record in politics shows this. He has shown that he has the ability to listen and change his mind though, and you are right that he has embraced some of Bernie's positions. Whether that is because he believes in them, or because he wants to make try and make sure that Bernie's supporters will vote for him remains to be seen.

How politics is framed is a matter of opinion. I've already said I agree that the media outlets you mention has a liberal bias. However, I believe that these outlets and Biden are falsely accused of being left wing because the red scare is still very powerful in US politics. Every candidate that the dems put forward is always accused of being 'radical left' or 'socialist'.
