It probably came to 'him' in a vision.
I had a vision of putting him on ignore and I can say with 110% certainty it worked.
Halleluiah! Praise the Lawd-uh.

This place? Up Broken Hill way? Friends of ours went through last summer. The @jcdenton08 Eastbourne observation could be right. I think the Hart is the only gay place as it often is in regional outposts. The only real meeting point. Places like that would always seem a little incestuous. It would be the same if a town that was 95% gay had only one social meeting place for single straight folk. It can breed a sub-culture of licentiousness. Or at least one that may have such an appearance. Like large night clubs, a lot of folk would go to pull on weekends.
It reminds me of a comical moment I had when visiting a friend during 1998 in The Fens . He had friends in a gay bar in Peterborough, the only one for many miles around, and asked if I fancied popping in with him. So we went. When I got to the bar a young woman came up to me and said 'Did you know you could have any man you want in this pub ?'. I looked around at the staring faces and said 'I think it's because I'm the only one they've never had...'
It's no different to when I turned up in an outback pub in Australia (Cobar- look it up and don't stop there if you ever pass through). The car had broken down and we were stuck. Me, my friend and his sister. Within half an hour a bloke had offered me his wife for the night in an exchange deal. Small town, one gathering point, new face. That night we roomed at the pub. No choice. I'm not even sure the door had a lock. Slept with one eye open. I'd visit the Hart tenfold over that place.
That'll be the one. Near Broken Hill ? Well, best part of 300 miles. But that's a short hop in outback terms. It was where we were headed to.This place? Up Broken Hill way? Friends of ours went through last summer.

I've learnt over the years I've been visiting that 300 miles is just down the road, and it's on the way when driving from Sydney to Broken Hill to satiate a Mad Max fascination. That'll be the one. I sat in the bar and a large woman, looking like a gang leader from Cell Block H, said to me 'D'ya want drugs ?' I responded 'Do I have to ?' Turned out to be the wife swap.
