It was abuse received via instagram and Toney has shown a screen shot of the message and photos of who sent it. Nothing immediately shows up that says he’s a Brighton fan but whoever he supports I’m guessing he’ll be facing sanctions from that club very soon.

Yes, lives in Blythe Northumberland, complete with a photo of himself so should be easy for the police to identify. It's not the first time as someone screenshotted another revolting tweet of his from 2016.
Twitter must do more to ban these racists.

Toney posted pictures from the perpetrator's IG account on his twitter post.

If you locate that IG account now, it is private and seems to have made some hurried changes to his followers and posts.

True, but from whats on twitter the guy seems to be from Newcastle. A scan through his old tweets and there's retweets related to Arsenal stuff, and also talking about when Hull played Arsenal in the FA Cup.

Obviously every club has their share of scummy fans but it seems unlikely this guy is anything to do with us.

I saw the Tweet from Ivan Toney this morning, in the replies a few had posted the Twitter account of the racist idiot that abused him, there was nothing on there relating to the Albion.
The racist is clearly stupid as he posted abuse from his instagram account with many photos of himself
