1. Withdean is shit, and non condusive to a good atmostphere. This is not going to change.

2. Too many of our fans spend most of their time moaning, and have unrealistic expectations. The club is £11million in debt, so the plums who think the panacea is to 'get the cheque book out' know f*** all about basis finance. This is not going to change.

3. The players are not very good, but given our wage structure, about right for what we are paying. This is not going to change.

Young player, getting better, improved even more in the midfield, gets stuck in and sets a good example to the team.
It's hard to think of anyone more deserving of praise right now, and his passion and caring for the Stripes he wears is evident.
If people can't see that this is the sort of attitude we can build on, and prefer to alienate and criticize el-Abd, then we won't be seeing him improve and mature and display passion for Brighton much longer.

Fair points, and I completely accept his right to have a go back, although maybe it was a bit strong.

However, none of that makes him a legend.
