But Maldini and U have the opposite opinion on Murray, so I'm not sure why you're insulting me.

I wasn't, Trig. I quoted Maldini calling me ignorant, and used your post, which explained so well why Murray could never be a quitter to refute his preposterous insinuation.

The insult was aimed solely at him. Sorry for any confusion.

The old act like a clueless tosser and then grizzle when people react annoyed at your nonsense routine.

Face it, you're a bit of an idiot if you think Murray is a bottler or not a champion. He's won two grand slams and an Olympic title, you moron. He's just not quite as good as two of the best tennis players who have ever played the game in Djok and Federer.

He's a choker and you're an ignorant ****.

Andy Murray I arguably the greatest ever British tennis player. His achievements are massive one of an elite group of ten players to reach he final of all four slams makes him a legend of the sport.

Yep.

With the exception of your use of arguably. He is the greatest British Tennis player.

Getting to the final at Roland Garros is some achievement for a Brit.

Murray has been getting better on clay over the past few seasons. He has clearly set himself a target of achieving in Paris.

It is one of the most impressive thing about him. He has set himself some pretty significant goals, which he has fully dedicated himself to. The Davis cup, Olympic Gold, Wimbledon. All of these were achieved magnificently.

The man's mental strength, should never be questioned. He just happens to be playing in an era where 3 of the greatest ever champions are also playing.

All great points.

Also Djokovic has never won the French Open, and last year lost to an inspired Wawrinka in the final. There's every chance he'll lose to an inspired Murray tomorrow.

It,s Murray v Djokovic.

With the decline of Federer & Nadal, Murray is clearly the second best tennis player in the world. If we were talking the top 11 players football players, he'd be the equivalent of Messi or Ronaldo. He often comes unstuck against Djokovic but this time it could be very different. Djokovic has lost three French finals - could he be his fourth today as he contends with the pressure of trying to win a career grand slam? Murray to win.

I saw Murray totally outplay a "tired" Djok 6-3, 6-3 on clay in Rome 2 weeks ago. I reckon Murray has a decent shout, and I've had £100 at 11/4 to back my assertion up. C'mon you Brit, Murray (don't be a snivelling Scottish loser).

Choking is when you give up.When you don't fight like a Connors.True champions fight. If you are still beaten by the better player than fine but he doesn't have the stomach for wars.Try not to show your obvious ignorance by insulting those who do not agree with your point of view.

You talk complete and utter nonsense. Pretty much what I would expect from someone who can't even spell the Brighton manager's name correctly, even when it's included in the title of the thread you are posting your drivel on.
