It would also present a real problem. Do you book hotel and travel before knowing if you’ve got a ticket? I’m top tier but it’s going to be a tiny allocation so probably not guaranteed.
The allocation is massive. They play at their national stadium for European games.

FWIW when my mate went with Chelsea, they didn’t even sell out. No chance we would either

Perfect for me, 3 hour flight and £200. Galatasary would be good as well, 4 hour flight and £240. Shaktar may be OK but I will probably struggle with the rest. Amsterdam was 11 hours and Athens was 15 as there was no direct flight in the right days, otherwise 4 hours!

There's an option to travel by train from Istanbul. I think you have to change three time and includes a bus but it can be in under 60 hours. :lolol: Cheap as chips though

Three reasons:

1) the biggest ticket fest we have ever seen
2) travel nightmare
3) no one can spell it. Already on the last week I have seen 11 different spellings, 4 of which were me.

Qarabag
Qarabaq
Qarabac
Qarabec
Qarabyc
Carabac
Qarabang
Carabash
Qaraban
Qarrabag
Qarabak
The Tofiq stadium may be used, 32k,... other clubs use it for the bigger European matches.

When I look around online it's about 1000 quid for a return. Am I being stupid or is there a cheaper place/way to buy plane tickets?
Probably is cheaper options but I imagine you'll be sharing the flight with wooden boxes of AK47's and loose chickens.

Edit: see otthers have already posted broadly similar.

Will there be a ticket binfest?

I've looked on their Wikipedia page and they list 3 stadiums and seemingly do use them all.

Yes the Azersun one at under 6k would be a binfest. But its unlikely to be at that one.

They also use the old national stadium, that's 31k (for all "later stage European games") and have even used the new national stadium which is 65k.

The old national stadium "Tofiq Bahramov" is also listed as the fixture for home leg V Braga.

So at 5% of allocation, we should get at least 1500
