I had,

Southampton - 92
West Ham - 88
---------------------
Reading 87
Blackpool 79
Birmingham 77
Brighton 66
-----------------------

Looking at the fixtures there are going to be some interesting games in the coming weeks with alot of the teams in and around the play offs still having to play each other. Going to be one heck of a roller coaster ride until the end of the season!

Basically if we win all our games and Southampton, West Ham, Reading, Birmingham, Blackpool lose all their games and draw when they play each other, we'll win the league :p

I think there are only two real 6 pointers. Us against Brum and Cardiff at home to Boro this weekend.

The other games involving WHU, Reading and Stains aren't really 6 pointers (there are 3: WHU v Brum, Boro v Stains and Brum v Reading) and I very much want to be convincing wins for the 3

I can see us picking up a surprise win against Reading at the Amex. They have their off day's i.e Peterbourgh.

Nobody seems to have an off day against us. I don't think Reading will be the first to start. Birmingham perhaps?

Cardiff, Middlesbrough, Blackpool and the Albion are all playing away on the last game of the 46 against clubs where the result does not matter to them.

It will make life very difficult if we do not get four points over Easter. Reading and West Ham must both feel they have a chance of them catching Southampton. And it is a lot to do with us. If we lose both we not only need to win the last three games but we have put the pressure on Southampton as well.

Burnley: we can't get a better away game than this. We need to win.
Reading: we need to beat them if we don't beat Burnley and we can't lose and Reading need to win.
West Ham: I think we will lose this one.
Watford: this is flipping banana skin. We need to win.
Birmingham: they need a draw. (8 pts so far)
Barnsley: we are going to have to win this and even then we might not make it. Win = 74 pts.

The saving grace is I don't rate Hughton so we could beat Birmingham. 75 pts will do it.

Did it until the final saturday, had us needing a win guarantee a playoff spot. I think Cardiff will struggle despite their run, I have Brighton, Middlesborough and Blackpool all chasing 5th and 6th spot with Brum edging 4th.

Southampton
Southampton - 93
Reading - 92
West Ham - 85
Brighton - 76
Birmingham - 74
Blackpool - 74

-----

Pompey - 40
Doncaster - 39
Bristol City - 39

I had our results as:

Burnley 1 - 1 Brighton
Brighton 1 - 3 Reading
West Ham 0 - 1 Brighton
Brighton 3 - 1 Watford
Brighton 2 - 1 Birmingham
Barnsley 0 - 3 Brighton

Although I question the accuracy of my table as it leaves Watford 8th, Cardiff 11th and Coventry 19th. Could happen...
We were 6th on 73 with Birmingham and Blackpool before the last game!

I will settle for us going to Barnsley with the playoffs still alive. What with the cup scalps, we could not have asked for more this season.

I think the final play off space will be between us and boro as i can only see blackpool, brum and west ham taking up the other 3 places...
