I cocked up and arranged my fixture for next Monday instead of by next Monday. So I've sent a new invitation out to Ditchling Albion for a game tomorrow.

Currently 4th in the league, North Stand expansion almost complete. New scoreboard and floodlighting installed and the fans seem delighted. However, the financial side isn't so rosy. If I don't get my games televised I am running at a loss of about £15,000 a game

You probably won't be allowed to do transfers for up to 10 games anyway.

Just get the best coach you can and train the buggers hard. Best tactic early doors is just to play 100% fit players. I buy old but good players, they are cheaper, spend a couple of seasons building a 40,000 seater stadium and then go crazy in the transfer market.

Yeah, I just got told I'm not allowed any transfers. I hired a cheap coach. Might have to sack him and get a better one if I'm stuck with the same players for a while...

Get the best coach you can afford. The players improve with training a lot better.
Don't bother with a scout but do get a good groundsman.

I just drew 1-1 against the top team and my formation worked. But im still 4th from bottom. And it's looks like i'm in a relegation dog fight. .

I am 2nd in league 190 and ubeaten in 7. Winning my last 5.

i signed one striker, but he has turned out to be a complete waste of space (he says in hope of a hat-trick tonight!)

at least i can actually play 2 up-front now and have a striker on the bench

next priority is to find a left back - struggling with only one at the minute
