Isn't it about time Wilkins made up his mind?

How long should Wilkins have to make up his mind about staying or going?

Because as Brighton fans we really have seen some bad things over the last 20 years.

AND WE CARE ABOUT THE TEAM AND CLUB

If you cared so much then you wouldn't talk bollocks about Wilkins taking so long and let him take as long as he wants. It's a big decison for him to make and his family.

So you think DK and MA have made no provision for a Wilkins 'No'? Doubt it. I'll bet that if Wilkins turns us down, a new man will be in pretty quickly.

Look, if this was a job offer to someone external, they'd be given a couple of weeks to decide anyway. Let's just put the other 3 weeks down to the fact that the club treated a loyal servant pretty harshly and so wanted to cut him a break. As NMH says, this is a fairly pointless bit of NSC balther anyway....

Im sure there are provisions, just think its better for all concerned that its all sorted out sooner rather than later.

Given the SHAMBOLIC way his has been treated he should be given as long as he likes to make what is no doubt a very big decision for him and his family.

WTF is your problem? He's been given time to make a HUGE decision in his life/career. This is the least the club can do for him considering the way he's been treated. Why are you so concerned about the timing of the decision?

The biggest decision good old WW has to make is whether to talk out of his backside or type his thoughts instead.

I made a decision to emigrate in less time than Wilkins has taken to decide and there aren't many more 'big' decisions a person can make in their life.

He's had more than a month and regardless of how you may think he's been treated, the club needs to move forward.

I guess Wendy is on the lookout for a new job, can't find anything better at the moment, so is keeping his options open...

He has taken too long... the club should come first... no concrete plans can be made on his replacement, if needed, until he decides...

Most people get about a week to decide on a new role...

Do you know if the board members could look him in the eye, after what has happened?

Yep im sure they could, on the basis that what the did is best for the club. Sadly for Dean he wasn't the best man for the job, these things happen in life.

:bla:From where i was sitting he got you from a relagation battling team ( sort of) to a team that missed out on play offs by 4-5 points, whilst bringing players like murray and forster
