Isn't it about time Wilkins made up his mind?

How long should Wilkins have to make up his mind about staying or going?

I wouldn,t be surprised if Wilkins and the board were still trying to agree a severance deal, with a confidentiality (i.e. "keep your mouth shut Wilkins") agreement.

Swallow your pride and get on with making the best out of the situation.

Wilkins can learn a hell of a lot from Adams and if he moulds himself like Adams with a view to manage in the future it will go down very well with the board.

I was in a similar situation about 18 months ago but fought and did my stuff and am now higher than when i was sent sideways

You were sent sideways? What about the wind-drag??

Source is a person within the club.

I presume the longer we don't hear the better the news?

What sort of person within the club? Steward, kit man, player ect...

I agree that if he has had a couple of meetings it would be more than likley he would be staying.

Taken far too long, 5 weeks is a hell of a long time to keep the club waiting.

Considering options at this point in the (off) season, is surely his prerogative.

The 'market' is teeming with activity and movements, and if I were him I'd be making applications to see how they compared with the one BHA have tabled.

That's showbiz, so I fail to see how NSC is making such a din and a fuss about it.

....wait... NSC, that's right, it is a right DINfest all of the time.
Oh well, then carry on din-bags, as always it won't make an iota of difference to the bodies concerned.

Blithering has always been par for the course on here, and it's only new-jacks who have trouble handling and get flustered by it.

We cant make other arrangments for coaching ect while he hasn't decided.

So you think DK and MA have made no provision for a Wilkins 'No'? Doubt it. I'll bet that if Wilkins turns us down, a new man will be in pretty quickly.

Look, if this was a job offer to someone external, they'd be given a couple of weeks to decide anyway. Let's just put the other 3 weeks down to the fact that the club treated a loyal servant pretty harshly and so wanted to cut him a break. As NMH says, this is a fairly pointless bit of NSC balther anyway....

Why let that trouble you? It doesn't concern you so why make an issue of it? Things will be sorted by the start of the season so let these sort of things unfold in there own time

To be fair nothing on here concerns us as such, just my opinion. Would be a pretty pointless message board if we only talked about things that concerned us.

Because as Brighton fans we really have seen some bad things over the last 20 years.

AND WE CARE ABOUT THE TEAM AND CLUB
