He scored 11 in 29 before getting injured. So, based on that evidence, he is capable of scoring 15 in a full season (which was what the question stated).
So he hasn't scored 15+ goals in a Championship season.

Sorry, I'm not sure where I took it to heart. Are you seriously defending this thread? It's a joke. Based on a pre season friendly, he is saying that we have the worst team that we have had since the Amex.
As for them losing a lot of players, they've still got a very good side. Certainly better than Championship teams. We may or may not have a weaker team than we've had before at this level but tonight will have neither proved or disproved that
So he hasn't scored 15+ goals in a Championship season.
Technically, no. That wasn't the question though (as you know). Saying CMS is absolutely incapable of scoring 15 championship goals is incorrect.
I'm not defending this thread, just thinking you must be getting a bit tired of furiously posting in every single thread that might contain the slightest negative remark.
Score line aside, the question was possibly prompted by the nature of the loss, we got schooled by a team that has just lost 5 key players.
As I said not annoyed. Just thinking it's a joke thread. Hardly furious
The only incorrect bit is that you stated CMS has scored 15+ goals in a Championship season, which he hasn't, and isn't likely to either. Cheers
All I'd say to that one is they certainly didn't play like they'd just lost 5 key players. They played us off the park through their own creative attacking play rather than anything we did all that wrong. Exactly like Derby did to us in the play-offs. There was just too wide a gulf in class tonight. Their number 8 ran the show.
That's completely irrelevant to the original question, but thanks for getting involved
Being CAPABLE =/= past achievements
Whereas we seem to be playing like a team seriously in need of reinforcements.
But your desperate defence of all things Albion isn't exclusive to this thread, is it. Face it, sometimes fans will be discontent with things no matter how many times you tell them that they're wrong

Let's go around in circles shall we. The fact is ,despite what you claimed, the original post is correct regarding CMS, he's never had a 15-20 goal season for us. Carry on.
have a little nose around see if you can find a lot of negative posts from me, I think you'll be surprised by what you don't find but I appreciate it's easier for you to think ill of me simply because I question peoples bold statements. Night nightAs compared to yours and others permanent negativity. I know which I'd prefer during pre season. Plenty of time to be negative during the season.
Anyway, this is pointless so going to log off.
How difficult is it to understand? The question was 'is CMS CAPABLE of scoring 15 goals in a season". I, based in the evidence he scored 11 in 29, said yes. That's an opinion. Whether or not he will is a completely different matter. I personally think he won't. But completely dismissing any chances that he COULD is foolish.
About time someone gave a mention to the 8. He literally ran the show as you say.
ffs, are you winding me up now? There was never a question, there was a statement, a factual statement as it happens. There's nothing to say he wouldn't have got 15 goals (though his slump in form was remarkable) but the fact is he DIDN'T.
