are newcastle going to want him back on his amazing form

Sorry to ask, but what amazing form?

Yes, he's gone past players, generally late in the game. He's bloody fast. He's scored a goal and set one up. He's looked dangerous and I love it when he gets to the line and cuts the ball back. But he rarely seems to look for other players - just keeps trying to beat players until he can see the goal. His shots have been hard but ineffective thus far.

I'm over stating the case of course, but he's not in amazing form. I think Gus sees him as creating opportunities late in the game - he said as much on the radio. He gets free kicks, corners and gets into the box.

He's bloody exciting but he's very far from the finished article. Would get nowhere near a Prem team as he is right now. Players in better form in the last three games? Bennett, El Abd, Barnes, Kish and possibly Elphick.

Just saying and expect to be shot down.

Well no, you didn't say he is the finished article - you said he is in amazing form. Don't disagree that he's going to be great. And frankly he changed the game today, so pleased Gus didn;t take him off. But Gus has said he nearly did. Not amazing form in my book.

I can't imagine him being dragged back to the shivering north just yet, or for us to really whet his appetite enough to want to stay forever. He'll have ambition, i would think, and be pondering how this season may improve him enough to get starts for Newcastle next term.
At the minute, as mentioned, he is incredibly dangerous and difficult for these lower division fullbacks to quell, but his allround game needs improving, and international-level defenders wouldn't put up with his trickery for long. They'd steer him out wide and onto his weaker foot to avoid a thunderbolt.

Not so, the game changed when Kishishev came on and thus allowed Dicker more freedom and allowed him to play. Dicker had a stinker 1st half but lot better 2nd.

Lua Lua did Ok though, but not great today.

Absolutely. Defenders in the lower leagues tend to have neither the nous, agility nor speed to deal with very quick players. However, the Premiership is full of wingers and defenders have learnt to cope. This is where end product becomes so important. So, in reality, Adam Johnson is a more effective player than Aaron Lennon because he uses the ball much better despite being a fraction of Lennon's speed. LuaLua, at present, won't pose that much of a threat to Premiership fullbacks. But of course he is very young.

Why when he'd go back & play in their reserves behind a French international?
Or he could stay at us & benefit with a year of first team football

Kish made an immediate difference as we took control of midfield. But iMHO thew reason we got an equaliser was because of the pressure KLL was putting on their tiring defence. They simply didn't know how to stop him. He lacked end product but in the last five minutes and during injury time he pushed them back and back.

If he starts getting those shots on traget he is going to be something special. He seems to get better every game just now anyway.

Not yet and the problem is he is not consistent at present, be honest he tends to shoot a lot when a pass would be a better option.

Don't get me wrong he is a good player in the making and I like him but no where near the finished article yet.

You summed him up exactly, still a long way to go and yes, not a premiership player as yet. Great at this level but we all know that this is quite literally a different league.

Long way to go before he is premiership quality. Big big difference between making a league 1 right back look silly and beating a top right back. His final ball verges on the ridiculous sometimes, but he is more than capable at this level. Can't see any reason why the loan won't be extended, unless maybe a lower championship make their case to Newcastle, and then who knows after that think his contract is up at end of season.

Got to be a chance of keeping him if Newcastle stay mid table.

He isn't prem standard yet due to his end product often letting him down.

In league 1 he is fantastic though and makes things happen

Brilliant for the last 15 yesterday
