You said '...without the huge investment gate receipts will have to be at a regular sell out surely for any chance of survival.
'Survival' you say. Implying that anything less than a regular sell-out means our non-survival.
Again, do you have access to the financial plans, and there's something we need to know, because your summation appears to directly contradict the work Derek Chapman and Co have put together.
My question is, you seem convinced that the Albion cannot function in future without a MASSIVE cash injection (though you don't say how THAT debt would be serviced), so how do you KNOW that 12,500 will not be a break-even figure? What are your calculations on that?
Look TLO it's my basis that i cannot see the attendances be sustained for any more than a couple of years unless we are in the top two divs as we have to build a new fan base, i really hope i am wrong.
I want the stadium as much as anyone but have lost faith in our leader and his judgements. The boards estimates and business plan have no more accuracy than yours or mine.
My gut instinct is if Dick and Co don't get on a big investor or if we don't perform on the pitch regularly and get in the top two divs all this could end in tears.
Believe me i hope your singing in four or five years "your wrong and you no you are" to me.
